Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible. Therefore, order modifications or cancellations may not always be available after processing has started.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–20 business days

• Canada: 10–25 business days

• Europe: 10–25 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

• Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged by misuse, or purchased in error.

Returns may be considered only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was received.

• The item is significantly different from the product description.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

VOCANOLAND is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
